Practices

1. Initiation-Deekshya also spelled deeksha or deeksa(preparation or consecration for a religious ceremony) is given in a one-to-one ceremony, and typically includes the taking on of a serious spiritual discipline.

  • Dussera-Important 10th day of Navratri
  • Ganesha Chaturthi- Celebration of the birth of Ganesha
  • Holi-Festival of colors
  • Navratri-Nine nights
